Emailzeta LLC ("EmailZeta", "we") is a United States company. This policy explains how we process personal data collected through emailzeta.com and in the course of our services.

Information we collect

When you contact us we collect what you provide: name, work email, company, phone and the content of your message, plus the page and time of submission and technical data (IP address, browser) used to prevent abuse. When you become a client we collect the information needed to run campaigns on your behalf.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, schedule calls, prepare proposals, provide and improve our services, send service notices and keep records. Form submissions are stored in our internal management system and forwarded to info@emailzeta.com.

Outbound campaign data

In delivering services we process business contact data of prospects (name, role, company, business email) on behalf of our clients, who determine the purposes of that processing. Prospects can opt out of any campaign using the link or reply instruction in every email; opt-outs are honoured across all campaigns.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with providers that host our systems and sending infrastructure under contract, with the client the campaign is run for, or when required by law.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable record keeping afterwards. Campaign data is retained for the duration of the engagement and deleted or returned to the client at its end, except suppression lists kept to honour opt-outs.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data and to data portability. Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar rights. Write to rgpd@emailzeta.com or info@emailzeta.com.
