Acceptance
By accessing emailzeta.com or using services of Emailzeta LLC, a United States company, you agree to these terms. Services are provided to businesses under a written service agreement that prevails over this page.
Services
EmailZeta provides cold email lead generation services, including prospect research, campaign creation and management, sending infrastructure, reply handling and reporting. Scope, volumes and service levels are defined in each service agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their business and target market, to comply with applicable laws, not to use the services for unlawful purposes or spam, and to respond promptly to qualified leads generated by the campaigns.
Fees
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Services may be suspended for non-payment after notice.
Confidentiality and data
We keep client information confidential and use it only to provide the services. Sending domains, mailboxes and prospect lists built for a client belong to that client.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Emailzeta LLC is limited to the fees paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and we do not guarantee a specific number of replies or meetings.
Termination
Either party may terminate with thirty days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or unlawful use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
