How it works
From first call to first meeting in about four weeks
A systematic process, the same for every client, with your approval at each step.
The four phases
Infrastructure warm-up is the pacing item: mailboxes need two to three weeks before they can send at volume safely.
- Discovery and targeting (week 1). We analyse your business, define the ideal customer profile and agree the segments, volumes and qualification criteria.
- Infrastructure (weeks 1–3). Dedicated domains and mailboxes are set up, authenticated and warmed while lists are built and verified.
- Copy and approval (weeks 2–3). Sequences are written, reviewed with you and loaded with the personalisation rules per segment.
- Launch and optimisation (week 4 onwards). Campaigns start at controlled volume. Replies are handled daily, reporting is weekly and copy and targeting are revised every two weeks.
Common questions
How long until we see meetings?
Typically within the first two to four weeks after launch, depending on market and volume. We do not promise a number of meetings before we have data from your campaign.
Does this put our main domain at risk?
No. Sending happens from separate domains and mailboxes that we authenticate and warm. Your corporate domain is never used for cold outreach.
Can you work with our CRM?
Yes. Replies and meetings can be logged in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and most CRMs, either through native integrations or a weekly export.
What do you need from us?
Time for the discovery workshop, approval of targeting and copy, and a person who takes the meetings we book.
